Are your pieces food-safe, dishwasher & microwave safe?

YES — they are totally food-safe, dishwasher and microwave safe!! That said, if you're hoping to have them stick around for life, some people like to hand wash to help support their longevity. Personally? I toss mine straight into the dishwasher every time. No shame.

When will I receive my order?

If a piece is Made to Order, it will be clearly noted in the product description. These special pieces take a little more time — usually 3 to 8 weeks for me to craft, glaze, and fire before shipping them your way. Trust me, it’s worth the wait!

Can I return my order?

All sales are final — since each piece is handmade with love and alot of time, I don’t offer returns or refunds.

That said, your happiness matters! If your order arrives damaged, please send photos within 24 hours of delivery, and I’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund. (Replacements typically take 3–4 weeks, as I make each one by hand.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Currently I ship within the USA and Internationally to New Zealand, Australia, Canada & the UK! If there is somewhere else you would like me to ship to, just send me a message!

NOTE: International shipping can definitely be a bit pricey (even with the discounts I get through Shopify). Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and set by the shipping carriers — I don’t make the prices, they do! However, I'm on the constant hunt to always find the most affordable options for you!

Do you offer Pick-up for Nashville locals?

Yes! Local pickup in Nashville is available. Since it's not an option at checkout, just email me and I’ll set up your order on my end for pickup. Pickup location is in Downtown Franklin, TN.

Are you open to doing custom orders?

Absolutely! I love creating custom pieces! Whether it's something you've seen on my website, Instagram, or even an inspiration photo you found on Pinterest — I'm totally in! Just visit my 'custom orders' page, fill out the order form with what you're dreaming up, and we’ll bring it to life together!

Can I order a piece off you but in a different color?

Absolutely! If you see a piece you love but want it in a different color, just send me a message or fill out my 'order form' with the name of the piece and the glaze color you're dreaming of — and we’ll make it happen! See glaze colors here.

Where are you located?

I'm located in Nashville, Tennessee! But I am originally from Christchurch, New Zealand - hence why I love bringing all the beachy feels into each of the pieces I make!
